Felizitas Graeber new leader of Capgemini Invent's German business

Global consulting firm Capgemini Invent has named a new leader for its German business: Felizitas Graeber.

Per the 1st of July, Felizitas Graeber will assume end responsibility for Capgemini’s German management and digital consulting wing, leading strategy development and execution, client accounts, project delivery, and internals matter such as innovation, staff development and human resources. She also oversees subsidiaries frog and Cambridge Consultants.

“I am very pleased that Felizitas is taking over the management of Capgemini Invent for Germany – one of our key markets,” said Cyril Garcia, Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini Invent.

Graeber has been with Capgemini Invent for close to 25 years. She joined the consulting firm in 1998, and with extensive experience as a consultant under her belt, she was appointed as head of the Digital Strategy & Innovation practice. In 2018 she became a member of the Executive Committee of Capgemini Invent in Germany and the Central Europe region.

In addition, Graeber is Head of Sustainability of Capgemini Northern & Central Europe region, and is an ambassador of the firm’s female leadership and diversity initiatives.

From a client perspective, she specialises in topics such as (digital) strategy, organisational design, efficiency enhancement, sustainability, change management, leadership and executive coaching, with a focus on clients in the industrial, consumer goods, and automotive sectors.

Graeber succeeds Steffen Elsässer who held the role since 2018 and will per the 1st of July make the step up to Chief Transformation Officer of Capgemini, and member of the Group Executive Committee. After commencing his career at General Motors in 1994, Elsässer joined Capgemini Invent in 1998 and has been with the firm ever since.

The appointment comes shortly after Capgemini Invent closed two deals: one in France (Chappuis Halder) and one in the United Kingdom (Rufus Leonard).
