Devoteam hits two milestones: €1 billion revenue and 10,000 staff

International IT and technology services company Devoteam has hit two notable milestones: €1 billion in revenues and over 10,000 staff.

Commenting on the financial milestone, Stanislas de Bentzmann, CEO and Co-Founder of Devoteam, said: “We are proud to have reached €1 billion in revenue. This is a decisive first win that confirms our choices and the continued implementation of our strategic plan.”

Having operated for years as a listed group, in the fourth quarter of 2021 Stanislas de Bentzmann teamed up with fellow founding shareholder Godefroy de Bentzmann to bring Devoteam back to private hands. The move was backed by US private equity giant KKR, which funded a major part of the delisting from the Paris stock exchange.

Building on its return to independence, the Bentzmann brothers believed they could accelerate the firm’s growth. Fast forward 15 months, and their foresight has become reality.

In line with the growth in revenue, headcount grew from around 8,000 at the time of the delisting to over 10,000 today. Employees work across operations in 20 countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Paris-headquartered Devoteam specialises in digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, and data. The firm operates platform-agnostic, partnering with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

The market is complex and they need to be guided in their tech choices. In 2023, Devoteam expects to continue its growth trajectory. The firm plans to recruit nearly 1,500 employees and expand into new lines of business. By 2024, Devoteam aims to hit €1.5 billion in revenues.
