L.E.K. Consulting promotes three advisors to Director level in Paris
The French office of L.E.K. Consulting has promoted three of its advisors to Director level. Andréa Isak, Servane Perrot and Olivier Asset.
Established in 1989, L.E.K. Consulting France (based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris) provides management consultancy and financial advisory services, with a particular focus on clients in the Consumer Products, Energy & Environment, Healthcare, Industrials, Private Equity and Retail sectors.
Building on their performance and client track record in recent years, L.E.K.’s French partner team has promoted three long serving consultants to Director. Andréa Isak (31 years old) joined the consultancy in 2011 – she has since worked on numerous projects for international groups in health and retail as well as for investment funds. Prior to joining L.E.K. Consulting, Isak completed two internships, at Bombardier and Michal Page.
The 31-year old Servane Perrot specialises in growth strategy issues for corporates and funds. She joined L.E.K. Consulting in September 2011, after completing a short traineeship at French national carrier Air France. In the past seven years, she rapidly ascended the ranks from Analyst through to Associate Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, Consultant, Project Leader and now Director.
The youngest of the three newly promoted advisors, Olivier Asset (29), focuses on clients in the industry, retail and private equity sectors. He joined L.E.K. Consulting at the start of 2013, and following a spell at the firm’s Boston and Chicago offices, he returned to Paris.
L.E.K. Consulting France is led by Arnaud Sergent, who earlier this year succeeded Clare Chatfield as head of the French division. Globally the London-headquartered consulting firm has 1,200 consultants based in 19 offices.
