Istvan Csejtei and Joris van de Kerkhof join Livingstone

International mid-market M&A and debt advisory firm Livingstone has bolstered its Dutch team with the hire of two new partners: Istvan Csejtei and Joris van de Kerkhof.

Both partners bring more than 25 years in corporate finance to the firm, and join from Big Four firm PwC, where they were a partner in the Amsterdam office.

Csejtei most recently was the leader of PwC’s Corporate Finance practice in the Netherlands, while Van de Kerkhof was responsible for the firm’s national private equity offering.

During his career, Csejtei has advised on various landmark transactions across multiple industries, with a focus on the technology, consumer and business services sectors. Prior to PwC, he led the M&A team of Rabobank International and worked as Managing Director at ING Corporate Finance.

Van de Kerkhof’s track record includes supporting numerous family businesses and private equity clients with acquisitions, divestments, and capital raisings. He also has extensive experience in structuring incentive plans.
