Livingstone Partners promotes three members in Swedish office

International M&A consulting firm Livingstone Partners has promoted three company members in its Swedish office to the next level.

The most senior of the promotees, Henrik Lilliehöök has made the step up from Associate Director to Director.

Isac Stenborg, Managing Partner of Livingstone Partners in Stockholm, said the promotion recognizes the “significant contributions and leadership” Lilliehöök has demonstrated in various complex transactions. “Henrik has been a key driver of our success in the Nordic market.”

Recent transactions Lilliehöök has worked on include the sale of Linotol to Accent Equity, and the sale of Holms Attachments to Ejendal Invest. He joined Livingstone Partners in 2018, having previously worked at Danish pharmaceutical company Abacus Medicine and completing two internships in the private equity sector.

Theodor Detter and Felix Lindahl have been promoted from Analysts to Associates. “They both have both demonstrated significant growth and a strong commitment to our company’s values and goals,” said Stenborg.

“These promotions are a testament to the dedication within our Stockholm team. We are confident that in their new roles, they will contribute to our continued growth and deliver results for our clients.”

Headquartered in the US, Livingstone Partners is an investment bank and M&A consultancy with around 120 staff across 10+ offices worldwide. Stockholm is one of the firm’s eight offices in Europe.
