Eef-Jan den Hartog and Elisabeth Philipse partner at Kearney

Global strategy consulting firm Kearney has promoted Eef-Jan den Hartog and Elisabeth Philipse to partner in its Amsterdam office.

Eef-Jan den Hartog has been with Kearney since 2018, after holding various supply chain leadership roles at consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble.

At Kearney, Den Hartog is a core member of the Strategic Operations practice and co-leads the Supply Chain offering in Europe. He also leads the firm’s Social Impact agenda for the offices in Amsterdam and Brussels.

His track record including advising numerous corporates in Europe, the US and South Africa on large scale and end-to-end supply chain transformations, with a focus on planning and logistics.

Elisabeth Philipse has been part of Kearney since 2013. During her tenure at the management consultancy, she worked on projects across the globe, including in the Benelux, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, and the US.

A member of the Consumer Products & Retail practice, Philipse specialises in helping clients with growth strategy, revenue management, mergers & acquisitions, and procurement, with a focus on companies in the food & beverage, personal health, beauty, hygiëne and online retail segments.

Eef-Jan den Hartog earned a master’s degree in Supply Chain & Transportation Management from Twente University.Elisabeth Philipse earned a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford and a master’s in Management from the London Business School.

With the addition of Den Hartog and Philipse, Kearney’s partnership in the Benelux is 13-strong. They lead a team of over 100 consultants.
