Sia Partners appoints Arnaud Aymé as CEO for France
Global management consulting firm Sia Partners has named two-decade company member Arnaud Aymé as the CEO of its France, Luxembourg, and Morocco division.
Operating out of Paris, Arnaud Aymé leads the most important geography for Sia Partners, notably its home market France (around 40% of the firm’s headcount is based in France). He takes over the baton from company founder Matthieu Courtecuisse, who this month relocated to the New York office to help drive growth in the US and globally.
The 44-year-old Aymé has been with Sia Partners since 2003. He most recently served as the leader of the Transport, Manufacturing and Retail practices.
“I’m honoured to be entrusted with my new regional CEO responsibility, and to carry the firm’s values forward in France, Luxembourg and Morocco,” said Aymé on his appointment.
An engineer by training, he specialises in the transport sector and associated industries such as aeronautics, rail and automotive. Aymé is a regular contributor to business media and a common face in France’s press on these subjects.
“We are living through a complex and exciting period, when companies are faced with environmental challenges, the availability of energy, materials and talent, and the demands of social responsibility. They need to build on scientific advances and capitalise on innovation on all fronts, from artificial intelligence to biotechnology and quantum. Sia Partners is well positioned to support companies in this era of hyper-transformation.”
In the US, Sia Partners currently has a team of around 300 employees. “By 2025, North America will become our top market,” said Courtecuisse. “I will support our US leadership team in developing our brand awareness, to triple the activity by 2027 by combining organic growth and acquisitions.”
