Kepler launches People practice for clients and integrated offering
International consulting firm Kepler has launched a new People practice, becoming the firm’s sixth area of practice.
Headquartered in France, with further offices in Asia and the US, Kepler offers a range of management consulting services to clients mainly in the industrial, manufacturing, and consumer goods sectors.
“Our new People practice reinforces our existing services by bringing in the human and people management dimensions that are inherent to all projects for change, transformation, and innovation,” said Sébastien Grilli, Associate Director at Kepler about the new wing.
The practice will help HR leaders with transforming their human resources department, with the aim of lifting HR’s role as a business partner and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in operations. “We help HR teams to optimise their processes and tools to free up time and allow them to play their role as human resources leaders to serve their company’s vision,” explained Stéphane Tröger, Associate Director at Kepler.
The offering also includes guiding HR leaders through workplace transformations. “We help them design adaptable organisations and working environments that are in step with their wider environment and requirements from staff,” Tröger said.
Other propositions include: building differentiated employee value propositions, supporting upskilling and training initiatives, and guiding culture transformations.
Meanwhile, the People arm will also add a layer of human capital and change expertise to the firm’s other areas of practice: Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Innovation, and Marketing & Sales.
Grilli: “Our assignments are carried out in synergy with one or more other practices of the firm. Our People expertise can support a lean management workstream for a supply chain assignment, or a procurement re-engineering project – in all cases driving the organisational change required to make a project a success.”
Kepler has around 90 employees across its four offices in Paris, Chennai, Shanghai, and Chicago.
