KPMG veteran Ana Martínez Ramón joins Kroll in Spain
Global consulting firm Kroll has welcomed Ana Martínez Ramón to its team in Spain.
Appointed a Senior Advisor within its Valuation Advisory Services practice, Ana Martínez Ramón brings more than three decades of experience in corporate finance and valuations to Kroll. She is based in Madrid.
In her role, Ana will provide counsel to Kroll’s clients on valuations across a number of contexts, including mergers & acquisitions, disputes, capital raisings, financial restructuring, and more. She will also support the Valuation Advisory Services practice with growth and expert knowledge.

An joins Kroll from KPMG, where she was considered a veteran of its Spanish business, having served the Big Four firm for more than 30 years, including 26 years in the Corporate Finance practice.

Last year, Kroll boosted its Valuation Advisory Services practice in Western Europe with the acquisition BFI.
