Marktlink appoints Anna Maria Jedrzejczak as leader of Polish team
Marktlink has appointed Anna Maria Jedrzejczak as the inaugural leader of its office in Warsaw.
Launched this week, the new office in Poland is the firm’s first in Central and Eastern Europe and 18th in Europe. The Warsaw office will help mid-market companies in the country with acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and capital raisings, bringing together buyers and sellers in the Polish market and internationally.
Installed to lead the new office is Anna Maria Jędrzejczak, an experienced M&A expert with more than a decade of experience – all of which she gained at EY. Throughout her career in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), she has worked on numerous of transactions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, capital raisings, and private equity backed buy-and-build expansions.

Since its founding in 1996, Marktlink has helped close over 1,200 transactions in the mid-market segment (deal value of between €5 million and €250 million). Its current team of around 300 staff closes 125 deals per year.
