McKinsey promotes Lukasz Maslaniec and Bartek Walentyński in Poland

Global strategy consulting firm McKinsey & Company has promoted Lukasz Maslaniec and Bartek Walentyński to Associate Partner in its Warsaw office.
Lukasz Maslaniec has been with McKinsey & Company for seven years, having previously gained experience at Accenture and PwC, among others. He specializes in serving software and technology clients, working closely with the largest software players in Europe but also the regional and global hyperscalers.
Maslaniec supports clients across growth and profitability programs covering commercial, product strategy, R&D effectiveness, and customer support levers. He also has extensive experience in artificial intelligence and generative AI, as well as other productivity tools.
Bartek Walentyński has been with McKinsey & Company for nine years, specializing in restructuring, transformation, sustainability (ESG) and investment. His main expertise lies in turnaround – he has led a range of restructuring programs across manufacturing and heavy industry clients focusing on operational efficiency, procurement optimization and capex excellence.
Walentyński also advises clients on growth through ESG and digital trends, including generative AI, both in the industrial sector as well as in financial services (investment funds, banks) and public sector (governments and international organizations).
