Atos overseeing IT operations and services for UEFA Nations League Finals

The UEFA Nations League Finals, currently taking place in Germany, is being supported by a large number of event partners, with Atos once again serving as UEFA’s key IT delivery partner.
Taking place from June 4 to June 8, 2025, the UEFA Nations League Finals 2025 is contested by the four quarter-final winners from Nations League A: Spain, France, Portugal and Germany. The final will take place coming Sunday, when Portugal face European Champions Spain.
In Germany, thousands of football fans are watching the games in the stadiums, and globally, hundreds of millions of fans are tuning in to watch the games on their tv, tablet or mobile. Behind the scenes, the information technology infrastructure needed to host the matches, event management, broadcasting and much more is being supported by Atos.
The Official Information Technology Partner of UEFA, Atos is responsible for managing core IT planning and the operations of all systems, including for event management (access control, radio communication, service desk etc), football platforms (broadcasting IT infrastructure, mobile app, website etc), and cybersecurity (threat intelligence on the-ground and online security).
The services from Atos are led from its IT Command Center in Nyon (Switzerland) and delivery centers in Madrid and Barcelona (Spain), as well as Egypt, Poland, Romania and France.

Since the inception of their partnership in 2022, UEFA and Atos have worked together on multiple major events, including the EURO 2024 tournament, when Atos supported over 200 applications, over 6 million app download, almost 1.3 billion email and app push notifications, and a cumulated live audience of over 5 billion.
The IT services giant and European football body have also worked together on digital innovation, introducing applications like the Football Service Platform, providing data and statistics such as results, line-ups, live match events, players status and ranking of all UEFA teams.
