Inverto promotes Daniela Klotz and Sven Brüggeboes to Managing Director
Inverto, a Boston Consulting Group subsdiary specialized in procurement and supply chain management, has strengthened its leadership team with Daniela Klotz and Sven Brüggeboes.
Appointed as Managing Directors, Daniela Klotz (40) and Sven Brüggeboes (36) are based in Inverto’s Vienna and Cologne offices, respectively.
Daniela Klotz has been with Inverto since early 2021, focusing on projects in the consumer goods and retail sectors. She heads the firm’s Fashion & Luxury service line.
In her new role, Klotz aims to grow the Fashion & Luxury practice, not just in the DACH region, but also globally. “Similar to the broader consumer goods industry, the sector is seeing strong demand for procurement and supply chain expertise due to shrinking margins, volatile supplier markets and consumer’s demand for sustainably produced goods.”
In parallel, Klotz champions gender diversity at Inverto, serving as head of the firm’s Women@Inverto initiative. “Equal opportunity doesn’t happen on its own – it must be created. I’m committed to driving visibility and tailored support where structures alone fall short. This requires the full backing of the organization.”
Sven Brüggeboes is a home-grown talent at Inverto. He joined the consulting firm in 2014 after completing his studies and has grown all the ranks to Managing Director. Through a series of transformation and cost optimization projects, he developed a passion for the interface between procurement and IT. This led him to create the ‘Tech Sourcing Advantage’ offering at Inverto, which he continues to lead.
This service from Inverto help clients ensure that technology is sourced fit-for-purpose and cost-efficient, driving procurement excellence and unlocking savings. “As digitalization and cloud adoption expand, IT spend has risen sharply across industries. This makes tech sourcing an increasingly important and dynamic field,” said Brüggeboes.
About his continuous learning curve in consulting despite being 11 years with one firm, he stated: “What drives me in consulting is the constant flux – new topics, people, and challenges.”
Comment from the People Chair
Jan-Christoph Kischkewitz, Managing Director and People Chair at Inverto, commented: “I’m delighted to welcome Daniela and Sven to our Managing Director ranks. Their deep expertise creates real competitive advantages for our clients and shapes our collective success. Internally, they are powerful role models for our next generations.”
Under the wings of parent Boston Consulting Group, one of the world’s top strategic consulting firms, Inverto has seen strong growth. The 25-year old firm today has more than 700 experts across three continents, with plans to grow its base further in the years ahead.
