Rödl & Partner launches Financial Transaction Services team in Poland
Rödl & Partner has added to its services portfolio in Poland with the launch of a Financial Transaction Services team.
With over 6,000 professionals around the world, Rödl & Partner is one of the larger professional services firms specialized in audit, advisory, legal, tax, transactions, and business process outsourcing. The company is headquartered in Germany, where it has around 2,500 people across 20+ offices nationwide.
Poland is one of Rödl & Partner’s longest standing markets – the company set up in the country in 1992, back then one of its first international markets. Today, Rödl & Partner’s Polish business has over 640 colleagues working across offices in Wroclaw, Gdansk, Gliwice, Krakow, Poznan and Warsaw.
The new Financial Transaction Services team deepens the firm’s local M&A offering, providing transaction-related financial services on the buy- and sell-side to both strategic buyers and financial sponsors. Rödl & Partner focuses mainly on the mid-market deal space.

Peter Längle, Partner in the Corporate Finance business, added: “Our Corporate Finance Team is active in Germany, the UK, and now also Poland, the largest market for equity trading in Eastern Europe. This is an important milestone for the practice.”
The Financial Transaction Services team will be led by Daniel Antonik, who has been hired from PwC and brings over 18 years of experience in corporate finance. Before PwC, he also worked for EY.
