Rödl & Partner’s Polish arm welcomes 25-person team from Hogan Lovells
Rödl & Partner has significantly boosted its legal expertise in the Polish market with the hire of a 25-person team from Hogan Lovells.
The team joining Rödl & Partner comprises 5 partners and 19 lawyers, lifting the firm’s headcount to over 640 staff. They will become part of the Legal and & Tax Advisory business, which now has 180 colleagues led by a partner team of 16.
The Hogan Lovells team will transition its entire client portfolio to Rödl & Partner, which includes well-known global brands, including Fortune 500 companies.

This step gives us a great opportunity to enhance our position in the international legal market and especially in the growing Polish market,” said Christian Rödl, Chairman of Rödl & Partner.
According to date from Warsaw Business Journal, the move positions Rödl & Partner among Poland’s largest legal advisory businesses, just behind the likes of CMS Cameron McKenna (226 lawyers) and Dentons (199 lawyers). Over the past years, several consolidations have taken place in the segment, reflecting growing demand for integrated, cross-disciplinary services in the legal market.

Outside of legal and taxation services, Rödl & Partner also supports its clients with audit, business advisory, and business process outsourcing. The consulting firm has been active in the Polish market since 1992 and operates with offices in Wroclaw, Gdansk, Gliwice, Krakow, Poznan and Warsaw.
