Arthur D. Little appoints new partners in Madrid and Paris
Global strategy and management consulting firm Arthur D. Little has expanded its partner team in Spain and France with three new members.
Based in Madrid, Miguel Solchaga is a Partner in the firm’s Growth practice. He brings more than 20 years of consulting and senior business experience and advises executives on topics including corporate strategy, economic and regulatory advisory, marketing and sustainability.
He joins from Metyis, where he headed its Spanish Economic & Regulatory team, developed its local consumer goods practice and supported the expansion of the firm’s activities into Saudi Arabia. His previous experience includes leading boutique consultancy Solchaga Recio & Asociados, which he later integrated into a larger consultancy following its sale.
In Paris, Arthur D. Little has promoted Clément Samson and Frédéric Duclos to Partner.
Samson is a member of the Telecommunications, Information, Media and Electronics practice. Since joining Arthur D. Little in 2016, he has established himself as a trusted advisor to leading telecommunications clients. He supports executives on their most critical growth, diversification and M&A challenges, covering the full lifecycle from strategy definition through to deal execution.
Duclos joined Arthur D. Little in 2023, having previously spent seven years with French management consultancy Advancy. At Arthur D. Little, he advises clients on growth strategy, financial transactions and value creation for complex products and assets, with a focus on process industries, particularly chemicals, building materials and metals. Prior to his consulting career, Duclos worked in the oil and gas industry.
