H/Advisors enters the Polish market with launch of Warsaw office
H/Advisors, an international financial communication group, has launched an office in Warsaw, marking its entry into the Polish market.
Founded in 2001, H/Advisors employs around 1,500 people. The company, part of global media, creative and entertainment giant Havas, supports its clients with communications, reputation management, investor relations, public affairs, and communications in the context of mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and public offerings.
Stéphane Fouks, Executive Chairman of H/Advisors, said that the firm’s expansion into Poland comes at a time of growing demand for its services among Polish organisations and marks another step in its growth across Europe.
“Poland is becoming a pivotal market in Europe’s landscape, at the intersection of geopolitical influence, industrial transformation and European decision-making. Establishing H/Advisors in Poland strengthens our ability to support clients where reputation, policy, business and societal expectations increasingly converge. This expansion reflects our ambition to build the leading integrated platform across Europe,” said Fouks.
The move builds on the exiting footprint of H/Advisors and its parent Havas in the Central and Eastern Europe market.
“The presence of H/Advisors in Warsaw strengthens our comprehensive offering and confirms the position of the ecosystem as a place where strategy meets creativity and effective execution. This is a unique value proposition for clients looking for a partner capable of supporting their business objectives in a truly holistic way,” noted Dorota Mazur, CEO of Havas Creative Network in Poland.
Based within Havas Village in Warsaw, the Polish H/Advisors team will be led by Tomasz Lis and focus on sectors critical to national security and economic growth, including energy, defence, retail and food, and real estate.
“There are companies on the Polish market specialising in public affairs and communicationsy, but in most cases their offer is limited to networking and relationships with decision-makers. H/Advisors brings a completely different level of value; we combine deep sector and analytical expertise with the ability to build effective narratives and a full communications infrastructure,” noted Lis.
Last month, Havas acquired the French corporate influence communications agency Format.
