International advisory firm Horváth & Partners has hit a milestone, seeing the size of its partnership break through the 50 mark for the first time in its 30-year history.

Since its founding in 1981 in Stuttgart, Horváth & Partners has grown from a German management consulting firm to a pan-European player, with further offices in the Middle East. The privately-held consultancy has over 1,000 employees operating from thirteen offices, led by a four-strong board and now over 50-strong partner team.

Horváth & Partners achieved the landmark thanks to the promotions of Gábor Ádám, Roxana Boramir, Johannes Isensee and Peter Schentler, effective April 1, 2021. “All four of them are long-standing and highly appreciated colleagues,” said Michael Kieninger, CEO of the consultancy. “We are delighted to welcome them to the partnership.”
