Civitta promotes Kristiina Oll and Harri Tallinn to partner in Estonia
International consulting firm Civitta has appointed two new partners in Estonia: Kristiina Oll and Harri Tallinn.
Kristiina Oll has been with the European management consulting firm since 2010. Having grown the ranks from intern to partner, Oll now joins the leadership team in Estonia, where Civitta has offices in Talinn and Tartu.
“Becoming a partner isn’t just recognition for myself but for my entire team, which has built a strong track record in Estonia’s government sector,” she said of her career milestone.
Oll specialises in developing public sector services, both physical and e-services. She helps clients with designing services, products and processes, innovating new services and solutions and organisational transformation. The public services team she leads serves clients across the landscape, from local municipality to the state level, as well as semi-public institutions.
“We are living in a rapidly changing and unpredictable environment, which has shown how important it is to have clear citizen-oriented processes and strong e-services. Civitta has Estonian roots and I strongly believe that we can use those roots and our team to support the development of public services, especially e-government, across all regions where Civitta is present.”
Harri Tallinn joined Civitta in 2015 when the company acquired CPD where he was one of the co-founders. Tallinn is an expert in building up innovation ecosystems and acceleration programs for startups and growth companies – he has been, for the past 10 years, behind Estonia’s biggest non-equity accelerator Ajujaht, which has helped to kickstart many successful startups (including Estonian unicorns Bolt).
Tallinn is also a co-founder of Challenger Accelerator, providing hands-on acceleration and innovation services for startups, corporates, and governments across Central Eastern Europe.
“When joining Civitta, an important trigger for me was being able to have a wider impact on the field I love and the structure to support it. I would like to thank the firm’s founders for the trust to let me find my own way how to support startups, growth companies and innovation ecosystems across the region.”
Founded in 2000, Civitta currently has 350 consultants and experts across 31 offices in 17 countries.
