Digital transformation quintet launch overarching Emixa brand
Three years after kicking of its buy-and-build campaign in the digital transformation space, Holland Capital has launched Emixa – the overarching group above its five portfolio companies Appronto, cards PLM Solutions, Dimensys, Magnus Digital and OnePLM.
Emixa launches with a team of around 420 employees working from offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the United Kingdom. The group’s ambition is to grow into one of Western Europe’s leading players in digital transformation services for the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
“Our companies focus on issues related to process optimisation, product lifecycle and asset management, IT architecture, low-code applications, system integrations, data analytics and change management,” explained Emixa CEO Peter-Jan Simons.
Underpinning its digital build and implementation offerings are a range of technology alliances, in particular with Mendix (focused on low code), SAP (ERP) and Siemens (product lifecycle management). “Together, Emixa offers its clients a unique one-stop shop for integrated digital transformation solutions,” Simons added.
Emixa’s journey kicked off in 2020, when Magnus Digital was acquired by Holland Capital. In January 2021 both Dimensys and Cards PLM Solutions joined the mix. Last year, Appronto and OnePLM were bolted-on.
The five companies will remain active under their own names. Under the Emixa brand, the companies will work together to reap the benefits of cooperation, economies of scale and added financial muscle for investments.
