Three new partners for delaware in home market Belgium
International IT and management consultancy firm delaware has added three new partners to its leadership team in home market Belgium.
Francois Jaucot is a partner in the Management Consulting practice. A former partner at Accenture and PwC, Jaucot has been with delaware since the third quarter of 2022.
During his career he has led clients through major digital transformations and tech-driven innovations, across a wide range of sectors and functions. He has a strong focus on the retail and consumer goods domains.
Sven Peleman boasts a career of more than 25 years in the IT consulting landscape. He joined delaware just recently, following the 2023 summer purchase of Cloud Innovation, a 40-person Salesforce consulting firm in Ghent he founded and led until its sale to delaware.
As partner at delaware, Peleman will focus on further expanding the Salesforce practice within Belgium and in the region. In addition, he aims to play a mentor role in coaching future leaders.
Stefaan Vandeputte is a longtime member of delaware, having joined the firm two decades ago. Starting off as a software engineer, he has since held several roles of growing seniority, currently serving as practice leader of the Digital practice for the Benelux.
In his new partner role, Vandeputte will champion and grow delaware’s Digital practice, including in the company’s international markets.
Commenting on the appointments, Jan De Bock, Managing Director at delaware, said: “The three newly promoted partners bring a wealth of complementary experience to our partnership. Their perspectives and insights will help us continue to build a successful future and contribute to our further growth.”
Headquartered in Kortrijk, delaware has more than 5,000 professionals in 19 countries spread over Europe, Africa, Asia, North America, and South America. The firm specialises in digital transformation work leveraging the SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce and OpenText technologies.
