Oaklins launches Valuation Advisory practice in Dutch office

International dealmaker Oaklins has launched a Valuation Advisory practice in its Dutch office.

Complementing its range of services including corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, transactions, debt advisory and financial restructuring, the Dutch team of Oaklins can now also help its clients put a figure to the value of their assets.

Operating worldwide, Oaklins is one of the world’s largest M&A consultancies with focus on the mid-market segment. The US-headquartered group has over 800 staff in 40+ countries and typically closes around 400 transactions per year. The Dutch team has 50+ staff and ranks according to local deal tables among the nation’s market leading players.

The new wing will work for both corporates as well as private equity clients. Spearheading the offering is Costas Constantinou who has been hired externally and appointed a partner.

Constantinou brings over 20 years of experience in valuing companies and intellectual property. He has a background at a Big Four firm (EY), and more recently worked for FTI Consulting and Teneo. He specialises in valuations in the context of disputes and investigations (fairness opinions) and financial restructuring.
