Horváth appoints 5 new partners in 4 countries
International management consultancy Horváth has appointed five new partners across its footprint, lifting the size of the partnership to over 70.
Per the 1st of April, Horváth has promoted Matthias Emler and Tobias Steinhauser to partner in home market Germany. Maria Boldor (Romania) and Vera Koltai (Hungary) have meanwhile been elevated to the partnership in Central Eastern Europe, while Saad Hamam is based in the Middle East division.
Helmut Ahr, CEO of Horváth said the elevation of the five leaders comes on the back of record growth for the firm. “We’ve grown by 40% in the past two years, well above the industry average, among others due to the exceptional commitment of our leaders and teams.”
Matthias Emler has been with Horváth since 2013. He is an expert in topics including business intelligence, data science and artificial intelligence.
Tobias Steinhauser has been with Horváth for eight years and heads the R&D and Procurement consulting division. He has more than 15 years of procurement experience, both in line functions and as a consultant.
Maria Boldor has been with the firm for over 17 years. She is based in Romania and specializes in transformation projects with a strategic or operational focus as well as S/4HANA projects.
Vera Koltai is an expert in human capital and organization. She has been with Horváth’s Hungarian business for over 15 years, and currently heads the Organization & Operation division in the country.
Saad Hamam joined Horváth in the Middle East in 2014, and has over the years played a key role in driving the firm’s growth in the region. He has been leading the regional business since 2020.
Founded in 1991, Horváth has over 1,400 employees across offices in Europe, North America and the Middle East. The firm generated revenues well over €300 million in its latest financial year.
