European-headquartered management and technology consultancy BearingPoint has added two new members to its 11-person Global Management Committee.

Spearheaded by the recently installed Matthias Loebich, the Global Management Committee is BearingPoint’s top decision-making organ, overseeing the firm’s strategic direction, its €1 billion sales portfolio, projects in 70+ countries, and more than 6,000 employees.

New to the Global Management Committee are Elisabeth Denner, who is a partner in France, and Kay Manke, who is a partner in Germany. Both have been with the firm since its pre-buyout era.

Denner joined BearingPoint in 1998 and became a partner in 2011. She is an expert in topics such as strategy, business transformation, finance, and digital transformation, working mainly for multinational corporations in the sectors retail, consumer goods, and luxury.

Denner has held several leadership roles at BearingPoint, mostly recently serving as the Global Leader of the Consumer, Retail, and Luxury practice since 2022, a position she will retain alongside her new role as Global Head of Markets. Her remit will see her build strong firm-wide collaboration across all industry practices so that BearingPoint’s clients receive “the most innovative, long-lasting solutions to serve their complex requirements.”

Manke meanwhile has been appointed as Global Leader of Consulting Portfolio & Innovation and Leader of the North American region. He is responsible for the consulting service lines and for the generation and management of innovations (new offerings).

Manke brings over 30 years of consulting experience to the Global Management Committee, most of which he gained at BearingPoint (he joined the firm in 2007 as a partner from Accenture). He has built a track record in consumer goods and retail, and has been leading the Operations service line at the global level since 2019.

Welcoming the pair to their executive role, managing partner Loebich stated: “I am very much looking forward to working with them and the other Global Management Committee members on the rollout of our Strategy 2030.”

The other eight members of the Global Management Committee are: Eric Conway, Andreas Flach, Iris Grewe, Damien Palacci, Patrick Palmgren, Axelle Paquer, Donald Wachs, and Stephan Weber.
