Synechron acquires Salesforce implementation partner Cloobees
Global financial services consulting firm Synechron has acquired Cloobees, a Poland-headquartered company specialized in Salesforce implementations.
Co-founded in 2020 by Jakub Wasielewski, Miko Dolata and Filip Kohman, Cloobees is a Salesforce partner with a focus on three sectors: financial services, energy & utilities, and communications. The firm helps clients design their new ways of working with Salesforce, with the technical setup of Salesforce, and the system’s implementation within the IT infrastructure and organization.
Cloobees has a team of around 220 consultants and staff working from offices in Poland, Central and Eastern Europe, the United Kingdom and India.
“We’re excited to welcome Cloobees to the Synechron family,” said Faisal Husain, Synechron’s co-founder and CEO. “This acquisition is another example of how we’re expanding in ways that best serve our clients’ evolving needs. By integrating Cloobees’ Salesforce expertise into our service offerings, we’re enhancing our capabilities to address the complex challenges our clients face.”
Headquartered in the United States, Salesforce is one of the world’s most popular IT systems for customer relationship management (CRM). According to its own records, over 150,000 organizations worldwide make use of Salesforce, including 88% of Fortune 100 companies. The system’s growing footprint is lifting demand for specialized implementation partners.
The deal, announced this morning, will see Cloobees become part of Synechron’s global delivery network, which services clients across all five continents.
“The opportunity to join forces with Synechron is an ideal match for Cloobees,” said co-founder Wasielewski. “Their reputation with clients, their global footprint, and their agile operating environment mean we can accelerate our growth and bring our Salesforce services and solutions to an even wider range of clients.”

The sale process of Cloobees was advised on by Technology Holdings, which this month also guided the sale of two Australian businesses to Synechron. Previously, Technology Holdings provided sell-side advisory services to Salesforce consultancies that were picked up by Valantic (C-Clear Partners) and McKinsey & Company (S4G Consulting), among many deals.
Bruce Green, Director at Technology Holdings, said: “We are incredibly proud to have supported Cloobees at this pivotal stage in their journey. The team have built a fantastic business that has achieved significant growth by focusing on a sector-led approach that is truly exceptional in the Salesforce market. Out of all the parties we spoke with, Synechron stood out for its strong cultural fit and the unique strategic opportunities it brings to this partnership.”
