FrieslandCampina inks technology services contract with Wipro

FrieslandCampina, a Netherlands-headquartered dairy company operating worldwide, has signed a multi-year IT services collaboration agreement with Wipro.
Founded over 150 years ago, FrieslandCampina is one of the world’s largest dairy co-operatives, today generating revenues of €13.1 billion (2023) through a line of products including milk, baby and infant food, dairy drinks, yoghurts, desserts, cheese, butter, cream, milk powder and ingredients from dairy.
As part of a its digital transformation agenda, which spans several major programs being worked on at the same time, FrieslandCampina has selected Wipro as its strategic partner for a number of key areas within its IT function, including end-to-end Service Management, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Application Management.
During the five-and-a-half-year contract period, Wipro will help FrieslandCampina improve the performance of these areas, contributing to operational excellence, an enhanced end-user experience, increased agility, and smoother tech-driven innovation.
