ServiceNow and Devoteam partner for CRM transformations in EMEA region

ServiceNow and Devoteam have signed a multi-year strategic partnership that will see the two companies help businesses across Europe and Middle East with the modernisation and transformation of their CRM environments.

US-headquartered ServiceNow is a global provider of solutions for business management, focused on areas such as process management, operations, collaboration and functional domains such as IT service management, finance, and human resources.

Devoteam is one of ServiceNow’s leading advisory and implementation partners – the France-headquartered group has over 1,800 ServiceNow certifications across its workforce and is an Elite Partner in the EMEA region.

Building on their yearlong relationship, the two companies have now expanded their work in the CRM domain. The partnership will bring together ServiceNow’s CRM suite (Customer Service Management, Sales & Order Management and Field Service Management) with Devoteam’s digital transformation services to transform experiences across the entire customer, agent and seller lifecycle.

The deal comes at a time of rapid growth for CRM services and solutions, with market researcher IDC estimating the EMEA market size will grow by double-digits annually to reach $39 billion by 2027. ServiceNow is one of the leaders in the space, and will be keen to capture its share of the sector’s growth.
