Arthur D. Little welcomes new partners Hans-Peter Schmid and Grzegorz Kaczor

Global management consulting firm Arthur D. Little has appointed two new partners in its Central European business: Hans-Peter Schmid (Vienna) and Grzegorz Kaczor (Warsaw).

Austria-based Hans-Peter Schmid brings over 25 years of strategy, management consulting and industry experience to Arthur D. Little. He specializes in advising clients on the energy transition, strategy definition, operating model design and transformation management.

He joins from Accenture, where he was a Managing Director, a member of the Global Energy Leadership and headed the Energy practice in DACH. Prior to Accenture, Schmid worked for the Austrian utility Energie, where his roles included Managing Director of its renewables subsidiary Fair Energy, Head of Corporate Board Affairs and Counselor to the CEO.

During his career, Schmid has advised clients on growing their business, developing digital strategies, mastering large scale transformations, and achieving substantial performance improvements.

Grzegorz Kaczor meanwhile is a partner in the Energy, Utilities & Resources practice. Focused on the energy transition and oil & gas and utility sectors, he brings over 17 years of consulting experience to Arthur D. Little, with a focus on strategy, value creation, transformation, operations and transactional support.

Kaczor began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) before then working at Deloitte. He most recently served from EY, where he worked for ten years in its Consulting business and was a partner.
