Antonio Martínez joins L.E.K. Consulting with focus on Spain and Latin America
Global strategy firm L.E.K. Consulting has strengthened its Financial Services practice with Antonio Martínez, who brings 25+ years of experience from tier-one strategy firms and will focus on the Spain and Latin America markets.
Appointed a Partner in Madrid, Antonio Martínez brings extensive experience helping financial institutions across Europe, the Americas and Asia deliver growth, large-scale transformations and productivity improvement. He has worked with universal and retail banks, insurers, and wealth management firms to refine go-to-market strategies, optimize organizational and operating models, and build high-performing teams aligned to enterprise priorities.
Before joining L.E.K. Consulting, Martínez spent fourteen years at Bain & Company, where he held senior roles in Spain and Mexico, and before that, he spent fifteen years at McKinsey & Company, latterly in the role of Partner.

In his new role, Martínez will focus on banking, insurance and wealth management, and play a key role in developing the Financial Services practice while expanding L.E.K. Consulting’s presence in Spain and Latin America.
