Eraneos acquires data and AI consultancy DEUS
Eraneos, an international management and digital transformation consultancy, has acquired DEUS, a Netherlands-headquartered technology consultancy specialized in data and artificial intelligence.
Founded in 2020, DEUS employs around 100 professionals across data science, engineering, user experience, and strategy – the four disciplines reflected in the company’s name. The consulting firm focuses on developing AI-powered solutions that enhance customer and employee experiences. Headquartered in Amsterdam, DEUS also operates offices in Porto and La Coruña.
With the acquisition, Eraneos further strengthens its capabilities in data and AI. Oliver Vaterlaus, CEO of Eraneos, said: “DEUS brings specialized expertise in designing AI-driven experiences and quantifying tangible business value, accelerating what we can deliver at scale. Together, we share the ambition to help organizations lead in a world increasingly shaped by AI.”
Claudia Schulze, AI Lead at Eraneos, added that DEUS contributes important capabilities in developing AI solutions that underpin experiences – either for customers or for staff – and are aligned with business needs and trusted by users. The addition positions Eraneos as an end-to-end partner for AI transformation, helping organizations move beyond experimentation toward becoming fully AI-enabled enterprises.

As part of Eraneos, DEUS will serve as an AI centre of excellence for teams across the group. Headquartered in Switzerland, Eraneos employs around 1,300 professionals across offices in Europe, Asia, and North America.
In 2025, Eraneos generated revenues of €310 million, supported by double-digit growth. Over the years, the consultancy has completed several acquisitions to expand its international footprint and service offering.
