Capgemini Invent launches in Italy with Rome and Milan offices
Capgemini Invent has expanded its footprint in Europe with the launch of its full offerings in Italy.
Building on Capgemini’s decade-long presence in Italy, the Paris-listed IT services group has introduced its consulting arm in the Italian market. “Southern Europe is a strategic market for Capgemini Invent. We are delighted to further expand our presence in the region with the launch of Capgemini Invent in Italy,” said Cyril Garcia, CEO of Capgemini Invent.
With over 10,000 staff in more than 60 offices around the world, Capgemini Invent is one of the world’s larger consulting firms. The $1.3 billion business supports clients with strategy, design, management consulting and transformation services.
Operating out of offices in Milan and Rome, Capgemini Invent will provide its complete portfolio of services in Italy, having assembled a launching team that has experience with topics including enterprise transformation, customer experience, digital, sustainability, and emerging technologies.
The team also includes experts from subsidiary frog, which became part of Capgemini Invent in the summer of 2021. Having acquired Italian digital agency Doing in 2018 and added to its team since, frog already was active in the Italian market.
Leading the new operation is Raffaella Santoro, a former leader at Ferrero and McKinsey consultant who has been appointed as Managing Director of Capgemini Invent in Italy. She brings over 22 years of experience in strategy and business development, digital transformation, sales, and marketing to the role.
“Italy is experiencing a strong growth journey driven by continuous technological advancements and digitalization. Companies need a strategic partner like Capgemini Invent to help them embrace this change, identify opportunities, shape new strategies, articulate a plan and implement a roadmap to achieve their goals,” said Santoro.
“I am excited to lead and grow the Capgemini Invent team in Italy and to support our clients on their end-to-end digital transformation journeys.”
“Our team bring strong expertise in financial services, manufacturing, consumer products and goods, retail and luxury, and telecommunications, and will soon expand into further industries,” she concluded.
Earlier this year, Capgemini Invent acquired Chappuis Halder, a consulting firm dedicated to the financial services industry, and Rufus Leonard, a British design and brand agency.
