Thomas Abel Brask joins Inverto's leadership team in Nordics
European procurement and supply chain management consultancy Inverto has strengthened its management team in the Nordics with Thomas Abel Brask.
Appointed a Managing Director, based out of Copenhagen, Thomas Abel Brask brings almost 20 years of industry and consulting experience to Inverto. He joins a roughly 30-strong team operating out of the Danish capital city.
“Our Copenhagen office is entering into its fifth year and the hire of Thomas perfectly complements the team that we have built in the office,” said Jan-Christoph Kischkewitz, Managing Director and People Chair at Inverto.
Brask joins Inverto from Strategy&, where he served as Head of Procurement, Sourcing & Supply Chain Advisory. Before that, he held a similar role at PwC (which is the parent of Strategy&), and served Prokura, where he latterly was an associate partner (Prokura has since become part of Kearney).
Earlier in his career, Brask spent two decades in industry, serving both government agencies and private sector organisations.
Commenting on his new role, Brask said: “Inverto’s industry knowhow and deep expertise within procurement and supply chain management combined with the unique brand and market position of our parent company Boston Consulting Group, provides our clients with a very strong and market-proven value proposition.”
“I am extremely excited about this new challenge, and I look forward to working closely together with our talented team in Copenhagen and the Nordics to help shape and accelerate the future development and growth of our company.”
Across its 12 locations in 9 countries, Inverto has over 400 employees. The firm has been part of Boston Consulting Group since 2016.
