Inverto appoints new managing directors in three European offices

Boston Consulting Group subsidiary Inverto has appointed three new Managing Directors.

Promoted to Managing Director in the firm’s Cologne office, Simone Hilbring is an expert in the retail and consumer sector. She advises clients on procurement transformations, the development of organizational models, turnarounds, and has deep expertise in assortment optimization, merchandise operations, and private label procurement.

Hilbring has been with Inverto for over a decade, climbing the ranks from the most junior level. Internally, she leads the Women@Inverto network, which aims to increase the share of female colleagues at all career levels.

In Stockholm, Tobias Antefelt has been promoted to Managing Director. He has over 17 years of consulting industry experience, specializing in cost reduction, procurement and working capital management projects. He predominantly advises clients from the industrial goods, consumer goods, and healthcare sectors.

Antefelt joined Inverto four years ago from Capacent, where he spent over a decade focused on strategy implementation, operational improvement, and procurement excellence. Capacent was a Nordic management consulting firm, acquired by Knowit in 2021.

In Paris, Patrice Maheo has joined the management team as the office’s second Managing Director alongside Denis Di Vito, who launched the hub two and a half years ago.

Maheo has over 25 years of experience leading procurement transformation projects, all of which he gained in consulting. His previous employers include Mitchell Madison Group, Arthur Andersen, Kearney, PRTM, KPMG, and most recently Accenture, where he was a Managing Director in its Procurement practice.

He has delivered a host of projects for organizations in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, telecom, media, technology, finance sectors, specializing in the transformation, management and development of procurement and supply chains.
