RSM closes five acquisitions in four European countries
Global accounting and advisory firm RSM has closed a string of deals across the European continent.
In Austria, Moore Interaudit Salzburg has joined RSM’s existing member firm in the country, which operates out of Vienna.
“Together, RSM Austria and Moore Interaudit Salzburg will become the leading force in auditing medium-sized companies and international owner-managed groups in Austria,” said Stefan Walter and Lukas Zeinler, Managing Partners of RSM in Austria.
In Denmark, local professional services firm J H Revision has been acquired, expanding RSM’s team in the country to 245 staff across 14 offices. In a statement, RSM said the move will expand its presence in the Greater Copenhagen region, and adds a number of new offerings to its portfolio.
In Spain, RSM has bolstered its legal practice with the addition of specialist law firm, Lébeq. The bolt-on kicks off RSM’s expansion into Andalucia, adding an office in Sevilla to its existing network of six existing offices.
Two deals have been closed in France. In the Rhône-Alpes region, RSM added a fifth office through the acquisition of Sadex, a provider of audit, tax and consulting services. The transaction lifts RSM’s headcount in the Rhône-Alpes region to 300 colleagues.
In the Grand Est region, RSM added a third office through the acquisition of CAP 21, which has 17 staff. Operating out of Strasbourg, CAP 21 brings expertise in wealth management, management consulting and CSR consulting, with a focus on clients in the hospitality & travel sector.
