Jeroen Spit rejoins Anderson MacGyver as Operations Lead
Jeroen Spit has rejoined Anderson MacGyver as Operations Lead, a position he will hold alongside working as a management consultant. “It feels like coming home.”
Driven by the desire to “really help organisations move forward,” Jeroen deliberately chose a career in consultancy, where he could combine strategic insight with the ability to connect stakeholders. “My strength lies in translating complex issues into concrete solutions, guiding organisations through change in a structured and people-oriented way.”
In his most recent role as Director Operations at Aiden, he had the opportunity to shape the operations of a fast-growing organisation. “The past years at Aiden were incredibly valuable,” Jeroen reflects.
“At Aiden I worked on building structure, processes, culture, and leadership, and I led the transition from nine separate entities to one integrated organisation. Building a strong operations team, professionalising services, and strengthening collaboration between business units were absolute highlights.”
Return to familiar ground
Recently, Jeroen returned to Anderson MacGyver as Operations Lead. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years at the Dutch management consultancy firm.
The move felt very natural, he says. “When the opportunity came up to contribute in a new role to Anderson MacGyver’s further development, I didn’t have to think twice.”
The consultancy’s unique culture played an important part in his consideration: “For me, Anderson MacGyver has always been a place where content, collaboration, and culture come together beautifully.”
“It’s a place where you can fully be yourself, where craftsmanship is central, and where the human side of creating impact is never lost. The culture is open, engaged, and professional. There is room for initiative, attention to personal development, and always a colleague ready to think along. That makes it such a special and warm place to work.”
Making an impact – with clients and internally
In his new position, Jeroen can now combine two worlds. “I divide my time in two,” he explains. “On the one hand I’m working directly with our clients, applying Anderson MacGyver’s key concepts within a team – that client-facing role is something I really missed the past two years.”
On the other hand, he focuses internally on strengthening the organisation’s delivery capability. “Think of new-style resourcing, project control, follow-up on client impact, client satisfaction based on results, and the dashboarding and management of our organisation.”
Already several months into his return, Jeroen once again feels completely at home at Anderson MacGyver. “I really look forward to building further with colleagues on our growth, quality, and internal strength – and to making an impact for and with our clients.”
