VINT Consult adds Associate Partners in Georgia and Ukraine

Belarus-based consulting firm VINT Consult has expanded its international footprint with the addition of Associate Partners in Georgia and Ukraine.

In Ukraine, Sergey Mironov has been named a preferred partner of VINT Consult for on the ground projects. He will provide consulting services to Ukraine-based clients of VINT Consult, and share his expertise in telecommunications with some of VINT Consult’s clients in Belarus and beyond.

Founded in 2011, in Minsk, Belarus, VINT Consult is a business consulting firm that provides a range of services to clients, including business planning, organisation, operations, marketing, finance and human resources. The firm is led by three partners – Trofim Eremenko (managing partner), Ivan Pshenay and Timofey Polomannyy – and works with several associate firms internationally for cross-border projects. 

Mironov brings a deep track record in telecommunications to the table. Among others, he previously headed the representative offices of telecommunications company Beeline in Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Moscow-headquartered Beeline is Russia's second-largest telecommunications operator.

Meanwhile, in Georgia, Nodar Gigolashvili has been appointed an Associate Partner for business in the Eurasian country. Gigolashvili is currently an entrepreneur and business owner, and has gained extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. 

Gigolashvili will help VINT Consult expand its footprint in Georgia; attracting new clients and establishing partnerships with other services providers, while delivering work for existing clients. “Nodar’s experience and reputation will be very useful as we expand the boundaries of our activities in Georgia and the region,” said managing partner Eremenko.

The dual appointments come shortly after VINT Consult signed an official agreement with PECB, an international certification body for a wide range of international standards, including the well-known ISO 9001 and ISO 31000 Risk Management standards, as well as several GDPR and privacy-related standards. Leveraging the agreement, VINT Consult is now a certified PECB reseller and training provider in Belarus. 

Earlier this year, VINT Consult struck a partnership agreement with MTI Consulting, an Asian management consulting firm.
