L.E.K. Consulting expands CEE presence with new Warsaw office

Global strategy consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting has expanded its presence in Central and Eastern Europe with a new office in Warsaw, its second in Poland.

L.E.K. Consulting (founded in 1983) has been active with an on the ground presence in Poland since 2008. The base in Wroclaw serves as its platform for advising clients across Poland as well as the Central and Eastern Europe region.

“We have long aimed to extend our services in the region, so we are delighted to establish a presence in Warsaw,” said Ben Faircloth, Head of L.E.K. Consulting in Europe. “This step demonstrates our commitment to our clients in the region.”

L.E.K. Consulting is one of the world’s leading strategic consultants. The firm advises private sector companies across a range of industries on topics including strategy, commercials, operations, transformation and sustainability. L.E.K. Consulting also advises private equity firms on mergers & acquisitions and value creation of portfolio companies.

Faircloth said that the firm is facing “growing demand for its consulting services in Poland and the region at a time of wider geopolitical uncertainty.”

In sync with the setup of the new office, L.E.K. Consulting is therefore also expanding its existing Wroclaw office.

Leading the fresh Warsaw operation – L.E.K. Consulting’s sixth office in Europe and twentieth worldwide – is Guillaume Duparc, a partner who has relocated from London. He has nearly 20 years of consulting experience advising clients in healthcare services, medical devices, digital health, pharma and mergers and acquisitions.
