Czech Salesforce partner Mooza Inspire joins Nextview
Czech Salesforce partner Mooza Inspire has been acquired by Nextview, a larger Netherlands-based counterpart.
Prague-headquartered Mooza Inspire was founded in 2017, and just like Nextview the firm focuses on Salesforce consulting and implementation work. Mooza Inspire currently has around 50 professionals working from offices in the Czech Republic (Prague and Brno) and Poland (Warschau, Krakau).
For Nextview, the acquisition provides the firm with entry into the fast-growing market for Salesforce services in Eastern Europe, and lifts its team to beyond 200 staff and its revenue to over €22 million.
“We’ve been approached several times over the past years,” said Zdeněk Pejcel, CEO and Founder of Mooza Inspire. “But the ‘human approach’ of Nextview was different, and it quickly became clear that they are the right partner for our next chapter. Together we are stronger, and while they will help us scale, they also will respect our unique culture.”
“Over the past three years, we’ve more than quadrupled our revenue,” said Huub Waterval, chief executive officer at Nextview. Meanwhile, with the backing of investors NIBC Investment Partners and Salesforce Ventures, the Eindhoven-based firm aims to continue its growth trajectory in the years to come.
The deal comes a time of booming demand for Salesforce services. Not very surprising, because the revenue of Salesforce itself has exploded from around $4 billion in 2014 to $26 billion today. All organisations that operate Salesforce systems to some extent require advisory and operational support – this is where external consultancies such as Nextview come in.
Eager to capitalise on the unfolding opportunity are also the larger consulting firms in the market, with the likes of the Big Four, Accenture and Merkle investing strongly in ramping up their Salesforce practices.
The Salesforce segment has even attracted the interest of strategy consultant McKinsey & Company, which earlier this year acquired a large Salesforce partner in Spain.
