ServiceNow partner The Cloud People acquired by NTT DATA
The Cloud People, one of Europe’s larger independent ServiceNow partners, has been acquired by NTT DATA.
Advised on the sell-side by TH Global Capital, the deal sees a team of over 300 professionals cross to NTT Data across the Nordics, Germany, the Benelux, Poland, Brazil, and the United States.
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Oslo, Norway, The Cloud People is an end-to-end provider of consulting, implementation, and technology services across the ServiceNow ecosystem. The company supports over 130 enterprise clients across technology, media, telecom, financial services, retail, energy, manufacturing, and the public sector.
The acquisition significantly enhances NTT DATA’s ability to supports its clients that use the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow is one of the world’s largest platforms for running business processes in IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), customer service management (CS), human resources (HR), security operations (SecOps), and governance, risk and compliance (GRC).
NTT DATA and ServiceNow have a longstanding relationship, recently expanding into the domain of AI.
