BrazilMetyis appoints five new partners across European offices
International consulting firm Metyis has kicked off the year with six new partner appointments, five of which are based across the firm’s European offices.
Commenting on the promotions, Fons Hoogeveen, Global Partner at Metyis, said that the admission of six new leaders reflects the firm’s “fast growth and impact” during 2021 and the “career growth opportunities” offered to its employees.

We are delighted to welcome BV, Carlos, Elena, Sanne and Stijn to our partnership, in recognition of their instrumental contributions to Metyis’ projects focused on innovation, corporate & business strategy, digital transformation, e-commerce, and data science.”
BV Sriraman brings 25 years of management consulting experience to the firm’s partnership, having served Accenture for two decades in its Strategy & Consulting business. He also worked at Danone and Pepsi. Sriraman specialises in helping clients in the consumer goods and food & beverage industries with topics including strategy, revenue growth, sales & marketing, customer relationship management and digital transformation.
Now based in Porto, Sriraman will support the development of the firm’s campus in Gondomar, Portugal.
Carlos Ortega has more than 20 years of experience, mainly in consulting but also in the financial services sector, specialising in corporate and business strategy, integration processes (merger integration) and digital transformation.
In consulting, he previously served Deloitte, PwC, Roland Berger, Europraxis Consulting, and in banking, he worked for the CEO Office of Banco Popular and held the position of Director of Strategy & Projects for SMEs at Santander.
Elena Boffa Tarlatta brings more than 15 years of experience in management consulting to the partnership, with significant international experience. Her track record includes leading and delivering 80+ projects across sectors, with a focus on the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
She specialises in strategy planning, revenue growth management, performance improvement, and turnaround programs. In consulting, she previously served Arthur D. Little, Europraxis Consulting and Simon-Kucher & Partners. Outside of consulting, Boffa Tarlatta worked as Director Corporate Development at Italian company Gruppo Argenta.
Ortega and Boffa Tarlatta are based in Metyis’ Madrid office, one of its nine offices in Europe.
In Amsterdam, the consultancy promoted Sanne Krom and Stijn Froeling to partner.
Sanne Krom has been with the firm since 2020, specialising in digital topics including digital strategy, ecommerce, digital tech, digital marketing, omnichannel, social media, content development and analytics, as well as (off-line) retail marketing and brand marketing.
Prior to Metyis, he held several senior roles at PUMA and PVH where he headed the European eCommerce business of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger and played a large role in the growth of the online channel.
Stijn Froeling joined Metyis in 2018, having previously served Accenture in its Strategy Consulting division for over eight years. His expertise focuses on digital & ecommerce and corporate strategy across a wide range of consumer-focused industries.
Beyond Europe
Completing the class of six new partners is Jan Rohde, who is based in Dubai. He has been with the firm since 2019 and focuses on strategy (execution), transformation, cost reduction, performance improvement, customer experience, data analytics, and innovation, among others.
Earlier in his career, Rohde gained consulting experience at Bain & Company (5 years) and PwC (2 years) in Europe, and in the Middle East, he led his own advisory business prior to joining Metyis. Outside of consulting, Rohde also held leadership roles in industry.
Outside of Europe, Metyis has offices in the Middle East (Abu Dhabi and Dubai) and Asia (Bangalore, Gurgaon and New Delhi).
