Möbius develops strategic dashboard for Walloon non-profit BeWapp

BeWapp, a Belgian non-profit, worked with management consultancy Möbius to create a dashboard tool designed to help reduce litter in public spaces in Wallonia.

Created in a partnership between Belgium’s regional Wallonia government and several private companies, BeWaPP is a non-profit association with the mission to “improve public cleanliness in Wallonia,” in particular illegal dumping in public areas.

Möbius, headquartered in Belgium and also operating in France and the Netherlands, specialises in business transformation, digitisation, and change management.

Möbius supported the BeWaPP team in developing a performance management dashboard. Workshops were held to select appropriate performance indicators for particular objectives, and then data from various sources were collected and audited.

Möbius used Power BI to analyse the data and create an interactive dashboard with appealing visualisations. Power BI is an interactive data visualisation software product created by Microsoft and is used as a powerful business intelligence tool.

Following prototype and build, the dashboard was presented to the Board of Directors and later handed over to the internal project manager for further updates.

Möbius previously helped Levi’s in a campaign to revamp their customer service model in the European market. The iconic jeans brand was able to implement key areas of change in order to keep up with the rapidly changing retail world.
